Curious Penguin II, Elizabeth Bay The two of them came right up to the edge of the boat and stayed there for several minutes. We got a fabulous look at them. It's a good thing we weren't in a rowboat or everybody moving to one side of it would have tipped us! Notice how clear the turquoise water is.
