Evening Briefing, north of Isabela Every evening before dinner, Santiago would show us where we were going overnight and what we would see the next day. This gave us a chance to be prepared with the right footwear and gear, and to know the schedule. (Though that morning they had gotten us up unexpectedly at 6:20am as part of a joke on the chef - more on us, I think!)
