Group photo of the
people assigned to bus #3 for the tour. This is not everyone
- about 10 people are missing - but the photo arrangements were made at
literally the last minute during dinner on this night, so some
people (including Dale and Matthew) had already left the restaurant
area of the hotel by then. We had a good group, a bit smaller than the
other bus groups so we were able to spread out at the back where no-one
else wanted to sit. Sarah and Matthew were the only children on the tour,
though we did see a dozen or so with other groups at the eclipse camp.
They did great together and we received a lot of compliments on their
behavior - always something a parent likes to hear! Not all Libya tours
were accepting children under 16, so this worked out very well.
This particular night, our first back in
Tripoli, there was a gorgeous crescent moon that was easily visible
from the buffet restaurant and outdoor pool areas.
