Sarah and Matthew were really excited about
being on a sleeper train. It was clean and reasonably comfortable. It's about
400 miles from Cairo to Luxor, and it was hard to get much sleep between
dinner at 10 p.m. and breakfast at 4:30 a.m. - though since both meals were
included, I'm not really complaining. We actually skipped breakfast in favor
of a bit more sleep.
